How awesome are you?

Hi! I’m Meg Tietz and I’m the creator and founder of Sorta Awesome. I want to welcome you to becoming an Awesome!

No matter how you found your way here, please know that you are here for a reason! I’m thinking you are the kind of woman who is always looking for the awesome all around you:

  • a great show to binge watch on Netflix

  • a fantastic podcast that you know your friends are going to love

  • that holy grail lipstick that is going to change your life

  • that super easy, super delicious recipe that your whole family is constantly pestering you to make for family dinner

But even more than that, you are someone who looks for the awesome in other people and in every situation. You believe that there’s an awesome way to show up for your family and your friends, and the people in your life count on YOU to be the game changer in conversations, in relationships, in the stuff of real life.

And sometimes, you feel a little lonely being that person that everyone looks to! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve felt that loneliness too. That’s a big part of the reason I created Sorta Awesome and why I love our community so much.

We show up for each other, we cheer each other on in the pursuit of awesome, and we keep each other company on this path through life. And we would really, really love for YOU to join us along the way. Welcome to being an Awesome.

There’s a community waiting for you!

Here’s what makes Sorta Awesome so different from other podcasts: we aren’t just a podcast! We’re a community, and the heart of our community of Awesomes is the Sorta Awesome Hangout on Facebook. In the Hangout, you’ll meet over 5000 women who are looking for a more Awesome way to live life - just like you!

In our community Hangout, you can ask questions about how to best ask your boss for a raise, or what to gift to give your sister who is turning 40 this year, or what to do when your no-longer-really-a-baby still isn’t sleeping through the night.

The support, recommendations, and advice you get from the Awesomes will always be free of snark and full of love. Come check us out! It’s free to join, and you can stay as long as you like!
